Comcast HD is better,,,bwahahahahahahaha ya getting 40 HD channels is way better than getting 130 HD channels. Comcast fails. If Comcast is better call them and ask them why is it that your competitor offers 3x's the amount of HD channels. Ask them why they have 7 HBO's and 3 in HD and why Fios has 14 HD HBO's. Ask them why they only provide a modem when their competitors provide a wireless router. Ask them why they have to make commercials that are blatent lies in order to sell their product.

This is an issue with the NBC network itself or the local affiliate, not Comcast. Comcast does not insert on broadcast networks such as NBC, ABC or CBS.

HA ! I had comcast for 4 years cause it was the only available isp in my neighborhood. WE constantly lost VOIP (at&t) because of lost / spoofed packets, and intentional disconnects!! No phone for hours untill you realized and re booted router,etc.NOT COOL WHEN YOU HAVE A WIFE @ HOME WITH A NEWBORN !!!! I now have a better gaming experience with DSL !!!!!!! NO spoofed packets, dropped-packets,or "bandwidth shaping"

Comcast is inferior, picture quality in HD is inferior, and the upload speeds are drastically slower on cable.

Upload speeds matter if you are uploading videos on YouTube, or manage data on a web host for your own web site. It's nice not waiting an eternity for these things.

Ohhh my goodness. Folks. I am a representative of FiOS. I can't believe this rediculous commercial. Comcast has some nerve making it seem like we give people no choice but to switch, that we dig up the whole lawn. Our trench is about 2 feet wide. 2 years in a row we are #1. We give you the best speed for an awesome price. Don't fall for these last ditch efforts for Comcast to stay in business. They are giving you false information. This is not a political add. The timing of the insertion was probably the fault of somebody/something at the local NBC affiliate, as it turned out. With local broadcast affiliates, I'm told that the station equipment controls the insertions. So what was epic was that somebody else really highlighted Comcast's knife being shoved in Verizon's back in a way that was going to make viewers mad. A real lose-lose.

Then Comcast had its own install-caused fire accident. I'll bet that put it over the edge.

Verizon Fios techs spend more time re-running coax and replacing the tons of splitters and amplifiers your sorry techs use to try to boost an already weak signal. Your HD sucks. The only way you get 50meg is if everyone in a 10 mile radius on your shared comcast network is at work or school, except you. Face reality, with your piss poor customer service, super high rates and sorry techs and contractors, you might wanna start looking for a new job.

This was a Comcast TV commercial that was run on a BROADCAST TV station. As in Comcast bought television advertising time on Channel 4 WRC.

Comcast did not "break into" any broadcast programming here. The local NBC station probably made a mistake. I bet anyone watching WRC with an antenna or even on Fios or satellite also saw the same exact issue at the same time

Coincidence or Conspiracy? It's always more fun to believe conspiracy....
