@Scarlett4Zanzibar They're a band called Great Big Sea. They are very famous in Canada, as they are from the very east coast, on an island called Newfoundland. Newfies have a very, very thick accent that differs from the rest of Canada. This very typical music for Eastern Canada. I will be seeing them in concert this year, around Ottawa. :) Look up other songs that scream Newf.. like "I's the By" and "Scolding Wife".. :)

@SheaNixon1: It's actually a tin whistle/pennywhistle/. A Piccolo is blown sideways (edge-blown/aerophone) and has keys. The 'whistle' is a vertically blown fipple flute based on the simple system (6-holes, no keys) ;).

Bob has been using a few Susato's in the past few years. Sean probably borrowed one of Bob's :P. It's hard to say officially though since the image is a bit blurry. HOWEVER, on other live videos (non-DVD *cough*) where Sean wears the same outfit, he clearly holds a Susato. ;)

the story behind this song is damn good. they were at a kitchen party which is everyone brings a song or story. so this one guy brought this song. they liked obviously but couldnt remember it. the guy sailed to asia so as a result they called him. he missed there call so they left a message. when he returned the call they werent there so he sang it on the answering machine for them and the rest is history.
