  • You quite INTEL? And want to SUE them? HOW DARE YOU!

I work at a company with no benefits, even had an injury that really is their fault, but I am thankful that I am employed and this company is willing to keep me especially at a time when many are out of a job and being homeless! How dare you go after a company like Intel who has given you way more than I'll ever have in many years to come!

You need to count your blessings instead of throwing them away!

  • If you needed medical treatment for what happened to you then Intel is required to report this to OSHA. If you visited the on-site nurse first, then he/she would have ordered you to seek medical treatment had the injury been severe. You should not have waited a year for Intel to respond to your complaint. Waiting that long looks like sueing was an afterthought once you realized you may be able to get some money out of it. Office injuries generally don't require medical attention.

  • go back to china....

  • I would definetly sue if you got injured somehow thats a really good reason to sue if you have evidence

  • Man, you have a serious problem, get a new job and get over it, LACY

  • Pretty epic music

  • what language are you speaking

  • Ohh im sorry for you *not sarcastic* u look really really. well.. i dunno but lol still im sorry for u and i dont know wot to say

  • good for you guy, take down all your info (med cost with prof, lost weiges ect, dont get greedy because if a judge sees your ueing for 1 million they will think your trying to estort the company for money. keep it up, but take action immideiatly and remove this from this site. keep this fight with the company under wraps because they are going to want confisality and this is the worst thing you can do because they may counter sue you for trying to ruin there reputation.

  • hahaha, LMAO. aaauww i bumped my finger on the keyboard when i was typing this weeeeeeuuuhh, now i'm gonna sue you!!! ow boehoo. Intel pwns yo *ss

  • I hope you get your money, you should atleast get payed all your medical bills. I hope everything goes good in court and that you win, and get maybe extra for physical and emotional damage.

    Good Luck

  • Don't try to contact to stop me before I get the justice. I will be result orientation, taught by Intel, risk taking, to fight for a great place to work even I am not working for Intel any longer. Intel has been provided with long enough time to response but failed to do that. Intel, see you in the Court.

    Have a nice weekend.

With best regards. Dan, Zhao (name used when in Intel) 2006-10-21 06:50

  • I can't wait any longer now, since Intel's laying off plan may dismiss witness people, no matter they are for or against me in this matter. Please see the supporting data for my suing. Intel has enough Chinese and legal experts, not necessary for me to explain or translate anything. The action required is to file it in U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware, since I don't want to waste the money of Chinese tax payers.

  • To anybody that cares: I am a former Intel blue badge regular employee (SN 10666613). I was physically injured in a meeting last Sep in Intel office and had to attend emergent medical treatment. However, after more than 1 year, I haven't gotten anything except for delaying, ignorance, being insulted and laughed at. I had to quit Intel but still living in the shadow from both physical damage and mentally hurt all days along.

  • you do realize that they will counter sew and crush you...
