Reactions to China Call for New Global Currency System

China is owed million of american dollars, america cant afford to pay back the loan, if america pays back half then china will have billions of american dollars which they will have to spend in america. this will deflate the american dollar and ruin the other half of chinas asset. China would rather be able to spend their money in a global market so as not to devalue their investment.
