It moves at the same speed and direction that the camera pans. It seems like it could be a reflection of a piece of glass infront of the camera. It could be a ghost but it looks a bit too hollywood.

The "pale rider" is clearly a lens flare in the camera from the large fire on the screen. Proof in the movement of the "horse legs". It mimics the movement of the fire. The "Rider" is the bit of fire that moved down from the main fire. To some, it will be images of falseness and to some, it will be a sign of something. The other day, there was a reflection on a branch of green and red light that appeared (I don't do drugs nor alchohol), and it appeared in the shape of an angel perched upon the branch, the light quivered a bit and than slowly merged into the trees. It was bizzare, I was stunned - but I was not along watching this either. Now, there were no cameras so it was seen with a naked eye. The merge is happening now.

I know what this is. It's an upside down reflection of the fire in the upper left portion of the screen. This happens on a lot of cameras, where bright sources of light are 'rotated' around the center of the screen and form ghostly images like this. Very cool, but there's a science behind it. Watch the position of the fire and you'll see it's exactly opposite where the 'ghost' is for the entire duration. The other 'lights' following it match up perfectly with the lamppost lights too.

It looked strange when I first saw it but after watching it a few times you can tell that its a reflention. The news camera is filming from within a building and the 'ghost' is something behind the camera that is reflecting off of the window they are filming through. It lookes like a flag or a shirt of some kind. But its actually behind the camera reflecting off of glass.....cool video though
