great game.. It just seems very repetitive after like 3 hrs of playing it you just kinda do the same things over and over.. if it had co-op this would be great.
And more things to do! more random encounters and such! So far im in the 3rd rift i think.
I downloaded the trial like before yesterday and bought the game the same day, I just LOVE games that has to do with space, such as Mass effect and eve online, though this game is like a Beginner version of eve online. I love how you can go to different galaxies,trade,see a war,fight pirates and aliens, etc I just wish it had some kind of co-op mutliplayer with friends and that you can help one goverment take over the whole system
At last, a spacetrading/dogfighting sim on the xbox360 that was clearly inspired by the classic 32k game 'Elite'. I had been playing Frontier First Encounters Direct 3D version on the pc and was hooked but I had a hunch to check out the indie games and was blown away to discover Final Rift. Simply amazing and the full game is only 80 ms points!! My only grumble is as far as I can see you cannot change your default ship (just like Elite) and I wish it was Xbox Live enabled. Otherwise, excellent.
I just downloaded the Trial Game to "FInal Rift", and I have to say that I've finally found the perfect mix of space shooter (that makes you feel like you're -really- in the ship rather than seeing a tiny picture representation) and RPG.
Your game is incredible, and it's very well designed and thought out.
I'm definitely looking forward to a full review on The XBL Indieverse!

Loving this game, really reminiscent of the old space-sims, so much to do and so much left to do. Heres hoping for a part 2!
