The scale of the development is incredible. Real estate skyrocketed out of the reach of the average worker in places like Zhengzhou. I talked to a guy there who was lobbying govt to get prices down.
Deals are made for people in the old flats in Zhengzhou as they get torn down and replaced with new massive apartment blocks.
How dare those people burn estate agencies. Who doesn't want a price drop!. Only arseholes want unaffordable food, clothing & shelter.
