when I go on to the cmd, my DHCP enabled says "no". Do you know how to fix this?

It may be stupid, im not rly smart at this, but what difference does it make if you do it manually without the DHCP rather than with it?

I HATE THE NEW WINDOWS 7 INTERFACE I USED TO DO THIS ALL THE TIME IN XP DAMN MICROSOFT FOR CHANGING THE DAMN INTERFACE!!!
