...why does mario have less jumping than sonic, im not saying sonic is a bad jumper but thats marios biggest claim to fame i always thought he should be able to out jump him

Something else to ponder:

Sonic's technique 2/5, and his stamina is 2.5.

Using game logic, and referencing the other Sonic games on the DS (Rush, Rush Adventure), this makes no sense. The Trick System and Tension (Boost) meter contradict both of these statistics.

But of course, "game logic"..

totally agree for sonic to hold that kind of speed has got to take unreal stamina and technique id say they are bout even mario has several diffrent jumps and powerups (not including all of his rpg attacks) and sonic has dozens of tricks (look at the start of sonic unleashed when he takes out like 100 robots in 5 seconds that takes some lv of technique id say
