Depends on where you sit and which model you prefer. The cheapest option is a 90ies grocery store C64 in Germany is worth ~15 EUR, 20-30 bundled with a disk drive. Disk drives alone tend to be more expensive than the machine itself, cassette drive is free. A bit of question of whether you are willing to risk - newer (85xx chipset) models are likely to work even if untested, older (65xx) not to work even if claimed working.
I heard some Australians import from Europe for cost reasons.
BBC version of FT was techincally awesome, and starforce was just an awesome game. There's no question of rip offs.
