@sk8rgrl3197 just sing in your normal voice. if they gave you Aladdin, it's for a reason. show them that you can do better then any guy in the part could!!! I've been a guy in most of the 8 plays I've done. it's not as hard as it seems. it won't be weird at all. just act like you ARE Aladdin and it won't be awkward.

theres not a way to make the carpet totally fly magicly. this isnt a broadway show. its a high school show.i know you can see the people holding the carpet but were have budget cuts. not everyone can afford magic flying carpets. and if you dont like this video then dont coment, cause no one likes negativity.

we're doing it at our junior theatre. We are doing the same thing with the carpet, except different base, it's facing forward and there's a hump on the back so Aladdin is higher than jasmine... Cool

this is pretty good, especially since it was only a workshop.

My school is doing the broadway junior version as the school play this year, and im the choreographer, its just so much fun to do.

You guys should stop bashing it, if you dont like it then so be it, its not for everyone.

I take professional singing lessons and i cant hear anything wrong with their voices...its not the same pitch as the disney version..but this isnt the disney version, its their version, so i think its really good :)

Im doing this play for NBCYS, our show is tomorrow actually... I love what they did with the screen and whatnot. For our carpet, we had this huge wooden box, with fabric on it and everything, and the people who played the carpet pushed it around, it's pretty cool. I love the harmonies here.
