  • what a let down that you didnt tell us about the "birth" itself. what sort of discomfort or pain "did" you feel while giving birth.

  • I think you're kind of not understanding the point of hypnobirthing. You may want to do a little research. It's about focusing on the good of the birth so if they didn't mention it, it probably didn't happen for them...which is pretty common.
