I don't see you point ladybugev as these bulb conversion do not comply with Canadian regulations so there also illegal to use on the road over there as well. Canada actually work from the same basic regulations and some of the others sleepyend listed but are stricter with the additions such as there 300cd maximum luminous intensity to name but one.
Just don't forget these retrofit HID conversion bulbs are illegal to use on the road in the US, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luembourg, Malta, Netherland, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, UK........
