Yea this stuff works. I put some on my face washing towl, scrub the towel with my hands back and forth til it became bubbly and then I use it to clean my face, it never dries out my face skin that way. Now my face hardly get any acne at all, well except a few days before my period, but yeah, this stuff works :) srry for my bad grammer
please answer my question, after your finished and you have no more pimnples do you you have to keep on using it or will the acne come back? and how long did it take for the acne to go away completely?
This made my skin so dry it's flaking off. My entire face is flakey and gross and I'm breaking out and can't wear foundation because my skin Is so dry and flakey now. PLEASE HELP ME
so at did this make yous skin a little dry? I noticed that the first day I used it I felt like it was too dry. now I've been using for almost 3 weeksbut I haven't see any result I guess I'll have to wait lol :)
I used this product with the oil free acne scrub, and I added water as well, but it left my face so dry it flaked, which is unusual because i have oily skin. I read some really good reviews on it and thought it would work. My skin is just become back to normal since I quit using those products. Should I try using just one instead or just quit?
This and flay iron helped me get a bf but it wasnt long before the good looks wore off... As i cried for him i guess neutrogena burned my eye area... It became puffy and really red and irritated...i dnt kno if i should thank this product or curse it.. Because after all, it was the only one that cleared my face.my eyes puffed and once they settled down, i have droopy eyelids without mascara etc...
@FaithFading If you have insurance then it is not bad. I do not spend no more than 50 bucks for everything. If you do not have insurance then it will be really expensive because the perception products are very pricey and just booking the appt is expensive...so you might have to spend a couple hundred. I would ask around though because this is just my knowledge...
I'm actually using the Equate Oil-free Acne Wash (it's the same thing as the Neutrogena one, just with a different name), everyday for about 3 times or so, because of the hot weather nowadays. :)
@elisegtutorials You should buy the acne products at Walmart and/or K-Mart; they work the same, but they're normally cheaper than those other drugstores. Oh, and also, my doctor gave me some suggestoins today for some other acne products, so I'll let you know when I get them and if they work or not. :)
I used this in 8th grade and its the ONLY thing that cleared up my face... I stopped using it because i dont know i think i wantedto wear mascara and thats when like, my eye area got reallt irritated and i guess this product irritated it even more and i had really bad eye area. I looked like i was a dried up dead person with eczema. I want to go back because now i look like a pizza face all over again :(
The American Institute Of Advanced Medicine can help! They have over 25 years experience and over 90% success rate for a varity for skin disorders including cystic acne check out theaiam.com their protocols really work!!
Their medication is FDA approved with no side effects! ** Not a scam!
This acne wash made my face SUPER DUPER flaky. Thats very odd for me considering i have extremely oily
skin?! I dont know if its too harsh for me or whatever but i used it for like a week and i couldnt move my mouth cus my skin felt so tight and DRY. (like the sahara desert?) I don't have sensitive skin, my skin is pretty stough. I can not imagine how strong this acne wash may be for it to have dried my skin out the way it did. It was horrible.
@winos5 Yea the face wash is pretty drying if your face is not use to it. My skin has be exposed to strong products a long time so I don't get the same effect. My friend did have a similar reaction...
Try using a moisturizer after you wash your face and instead of washing your face twice a day with the product try only once a day.
@winos5 same! that happened to me, it was so dry i had to put on like baby oil to make it not dry anymore! like my undder my lip, above my lip, under my eyebrows, and my nose was soo dry it was gross
i bought the "CVS Oil-free Acne Cleanser" which on the front it says "Compare to Neutrogena Oil-free Acne Wash." I bought this over that because it was like 6 bucks cheaper. Are they the same thing??
Hey great review :)! I've tried many different things as well as pro active, it's never really done much for my skin. So i decided to try this, after using this product for the first time(about 10 minutes ago) my face feels great! But i noticed after i used it the area around my nose was red and burned a little, this lasted about 5 minutes. Do you think it will stop doing this in time? Like you said, my skin has to get used to the new product, just wondered your thoughts. Thanks!
@lbjake21 Well around the nose the skin is pretty sensitive for me too. Try using a moisturizer just around your nose. I use the neutrogena oil free moisturizer from the nose down. Also when you are washing your face don't rub it too hard that can also irritate the skin. Does this help?
Do you use any other products for acne? I recently started breaking out from stress and I'm trying out a Neutrogena product (it's 3-in-1 stress control something or other, hehe).
@supershigi Sometimes I will use the stress contol scrub thingy but I maily use the oil free wash. Neutrogena works really well with my skin so I just stick to it haha.
my little sister is at the age where she has had bad acne...but as she's getting older she doesn't get pimples and bumps AS MUCH but that acne that she has had has resulted in really bad acne scars and marks on her face...to be honest as a teen i never had that issue but she is very self conscious about it...what advice would u give to me to give to her?
@NiaSoPurdy She could go to a dermatologist they will give her a face wash. With coverage it will cost only 15 dollars. If she could also cover her scars with makeup for the time being. she could use a lotion like ambi or any kind of product that is used to lift dark spots.
i liked the video but i kept looking at your hair and it looks so nice and healthy...what products do u use for your hair?
