My only theory is that in the future, they will be working for Thomas, helping him to make Model S (Sigma) and then Model S will kill Thomas, and then, finally to complete the game, Prometheus and Pandora will work and maybe kill Sigma. There is a possible chance that Albert to be a hero between zero's death and megaman zx. That would explain why the biometal have to started and how Axl changes his name to Alberta.

They only fought against Reploids because Copy-X commanded it. Harpuia admits in Z2 that he doesn't believe killing Reploids is just, but that he'll keep doing so as long as they oppose Neo Arcadia.
However, now the line between Humans and Reploids has been blurred to the point where it is no longer relevant, so it doesn't matter whether the Biomatches are Human or Reploid. Besides, it's not like the Guardian Biometals are helping those four out of their own free will in the first place.
If memory serves me right... Dr.Light built X with not only the ability to choose wrong from right for his own but also emotion? And Dr.Cain made Reploids in the image of X basically copying Dr.Lights work.
I managed to beat Expert Mode and see this for myself not too long ago. Terrible voice-acting, but interesting nonetheless. I don't quite understand what Thomas means at 0:45.

The thing about Biometal is that it's a concious entity created from the remains of a Reploid, with the sole exception of Model W, which was created from the remains of Ragnarok, with which Dr. Weil had merged.
Model A was certainly created by Albert, but he had to create *from* something. Whether or not it was Axl from whom he created Model A, we'll probably never know, but we at least know that he couldn't create a Biometal from nothing.
Of course we'll probably never know, although there is enough evidence to suggest it is Axl. For example, compare a frontal view of Axl's head with a frontal view of Biometal Model A, or just compare Axl with Grey/Ashe. Not to mention the double Busters as well as the copy ability.

Do you know what this means? As of the latest NP Magazine, K.Inafune has reset back to his roots of MegaMan. By creating MegaMan 9, he went to reset back to using 8-bit NES graphics.
In theory, this ending is a hint that MegaMan 9 was going to be developed the way K.Inafune always intended for MegaMan to be. Classic NES style.

Forte would make a badass Biometal. Rockman and Forte was a good game, so I don't see why Forte shouldn't be a good Biometal. Possibly a bonus Biometal the way OX was.
Here's one, it would break the pattern of recreating characters from the MMX series only. That plus the lack of any real originality in Forte/Bass's design and his lame story...
Can a regular robot be a biometal? I'd think it would have to be a Reploid.. free will, and all, you know. Though if that's the case, couldn't Protoman theoretically be a model?
X and Zero, while not technically are Reploids, they are pretty advanced machines for their time.
In addition, Zero was using a replica of his original body in the Zero series, thus making him a Reploid, technically and since X pretty much the 'father' of all Reploids, this puts the less advanced robots out of the question. I don't think anyone's gonna make a Biometal out of a Mechaniloid

Zero's X6 ending takes place after Command Mission. It doesn't happen right away. X7, 8, and CM are completely canon.
