You know the saying, "you're only as strong as your weakest link" Well, unreleased songs would fit the "weakest link" description. The fact that Coldplay's weakest link is way stronger then most mainstream music should tell you something about how absolutely amazing they are.

Actually, a song is any piece of music that features a human voice along with it. Instrumentation may simply be called a "Piece" but these days we all use the term loosely. One example for proof is Felix Mendelssohn's "Songs with out Words".

Just Listened to Prospekt's March and now found myself here.

What I enjoy the last two songs is:

1) Coldplay, in some way show to all those creative people out there, that it doesn't have to be a complicated piece of work in,,, chords/ rythem. Nowadays the music requires more,,, "mixing" ( I mean it in a good way - lots of studio editing aso.) At least thats how prospekt's march affected me. :) It made me want to write again. Because, honestly, without some mayor effects, it's a simple tune(:

It is brilliant but I am afraid it isn't the direction they will be going with this new album. We will likely never hear a completed version of this song.

@foxeh123 Actually it is. The one specific way you can tell it is, is by listening to the acoustic guitar. It's the specific guitar Chris uses both live and in recordings. Another way to tell, is, it's in the "God Put A Smile... tuning.

If you listen to it over and over again, I promise you'll be more and more convinced that it is in fact Coldplay. Beautiful song. It should probably have replaced Lost+ on the Prospekt's March EP. That could be an album in itself.
