how do you neuro nerds suggest memorizing and integrating the vast system of knowledge you face?

@WellConditionedChimp all they can do is memorize. They forget it 1 hour after sitting for the boards, then they go into practice and babysit untreated diabetics and DAT for the rest of their lives.
