If you have competed with 林瑞麟 for his position, just make 林 die or resign and you'll be his replacement. You don't need voters at all. Once you get his position, you can simply nominate your gang friends compete your position. When you get kill, one of your gang friends replace you. The position is your gangs'. What can those voters do? I guess they can only kill all your gangs or they'll never take away the position from your gangs.

08.06.2011 ( 商台) 十八名大專院校的學者發表聯署聲明，反對政府提出，立法會議席出缺的替補安排。他們指，政府的方案改變現行的選舉方法及條例，有違比例代表制的精神，又認為政府並無迫切修改安排的需要，要求政府撤回建議，並充分諮詢公眾。
