It's something like they can't cross over moving water. So I guess the ship was supposed to trap Alucard, they just didn't count on Alucard's awesome mind movement powerz o' doom. It's kind of a loopy rule though, because then why could he be rocketed over the ocean to hit the ship? Or is it just he himself can't bampf/poof anywhere near water?

The rule in vampires can't cross large bodies of water lakes, oceans, rivers, and that rule is just as strong from Alucard. That's why Herr Major set it up with Rip Van Winkel taking over the ship in the middle of the sea in OVA knowing that she would be killed she was just a little pawn for his plan. Herr Major didn't want Alucard to wipe out the Last Batalion with just a cough.

The beginning is a dream Alucard has, similar to the one Seras had a little while ago. In the dream is pretty much random nonsense but it has the gun in human spirit telling messages and warnings.. It's really strange yeah.

Considering it took 7 months for OVA 4 to come out in English, it shouldn't take that long this time around because this OVA will not be as difficult to dub as OVA 4. My best guess is 5 months, so April 2009.

Most of the subs are correct. To sum up what bits and pieces your missing... When sir penwood and integra are in the command room. They Lose contact with all the forms of the military. Penwood asks about a traitor, Integra explains The major is here and its war. Right at the end. The major explains where the attacks are headed. eg. London Bridge. Big Ben etc. The important sites of London. Thats just so much easier then explaining it word for word. hope you enjoy the input. XD
