I don't care if it's a brilliant film or not. I like Marc Dacascos--great martial artist and a much better actor than people give him credit for being (my opinion). I didn't know about it, but I'll watch it for sure. I hope he makes many more films. I liked them all so far!

'I am Legend' is a great book (stop watching youtube and read it!) the movie 'The Last Man on Earth' is based on the book; 'The Omega Man' is based "loosely" on 'The Last Man on Earth'; and Will Smith's movie's is very loosely based on 'The Omega Man'... and this looks as if its following the same cluster fuck!!!
First off the main point of the book was that Robert Neville had become the legend of nightmares to a new group of humankind. This only happens in the book and VPrice movie TLMOE. In the book, Robert is a Vet & in TLMOE he is a scientist, the latter films he become's a scientist for the army/air force in the other films. So you see they do have a very direct progression from book to film to film and on...
oh, ok. I think I liked the VPrice's film best as well dispite any flaws, and even know I've been in love with Omaga Man sences I was like ten or something. Its a great story I just wish someone would use the script RichardMatheson wrote for one of the remakes of his book.

Sorry you are both mostly wrong or just not well informed... 'I am Legend' is a great book (stop watching youtube and read it!) the movie 'The Last Man on Earth' is based on the book; 'The Omega Man' is based "loosely" on 'The Last Man on Earth'; and Will Smith's movie's is very loosely based on 'The Omega Man'... and this looks as if its following the same cluster fuck!!!

First off the main point of the book was that Robert Neville had become the legend of nightmares to a new group of humankind. This only happens in the book and VPrice movie TLMOE. In the book, Robert is a Vet & in TLMOE he is a scientist, the latter films he become's a scientist for the army/air force in the other films. So you see they do have a very direct progression from book to film to film and on...

Thta's the one, cofinanced by Italians.
I only remembered by one of its European titles (VENTO DI MORTE), so, go figure.
I actually liked Price's film alot (though it's considered quite flawed).

oh, ok. I think I liked the VPrice's film best as well dispite any flaws, and even know I've been in love with Omaga Man sences I was like ten or something. Its a great story I just wish someone would use the script RichardMatheson wrote for one of the remakes of his book.

Hay, don't get me wrong I love TOM, but I almost wet myself after I reading the book for the first a few years ago (yes I only read the book about years before will signed up for the remake and I should be floged) but after seeing the what the story was realy about (as far as the book) TOM just seemed a bit soft and plain... not that this one do any better!

personally i thought it was pretty enjoyable - arguably better than the smith version but the charlton heston version 'the omega man' is easily the best out of all the novel adaptations owever i kinda like the idea my dad suggested that you think all the movies are of the same event they all think they're the last one's alive but at the same time kinda thing or my mums idea that they're all opposing pshycies (sp) of the same person

I watched it from start to finish. I want that 90 minutes of my life back. That damn movie was a total let down, and Mark can't act. He has only 1 expresssion and that is solemn. It's pretty much I AM LEGEND except you replace the LEGEND with OMEGA, change a few things in the script here and there, and market it as a new movie.

This movie was made by those ripoff artists at Asylum Productions. Every single one of their films is a cheap terrible ripoff. The only reason they remain in business is because they release their movies usually a day before what it's a ripoff of so ppl get confused. They are the ones behind this, Alien vs. Hunter, Transmorphers, H.G. Wells' War of the Worlds, Allan Quarterman and the Temple of Skulls, Snakes on a Train, King of The Lost World, Da Vinci Treasure, etc. DO NOT HELP THEM!!
