I used to live near the Vernon/Union Hill area. The community rebuilt a playground for the neighborhood. Now it's been torn back down. I would have never taken my son there. The kids and parents that hung out there were trash. Parents swearing at kids, punching and fighting were common occurrences. basically no basic manners. At night time it turned to a place to buy drugs. No thanks.
