@litlshawn not the decleration, the constitution... i hope u can connect to what he's saying ? he means that the legalization of Cannabis would justify the constitution, after all, it's all about civil rights and freedom of choice... smoking cannabis is a choice, making it legal would mean freedom of ur choice and we got civil rights, making cannabis legal would make us have rights when it comes to smoking, not being labeled as criminals... so yeah, it's a good comparison ! u can laugh now ! :)
