Theres two ways first well take look down quickly down on right and up on left then down on left let go of right press a then a,b (hold) Or u can take cover look down then hold up on left ano as long as u want then down and a at the same time u should runbackwards/lev then u hold a,b you'll get better when u keep trying, doing it.

And that bit up in gridlock where i kungfu flip the kungfu flip worked but if its not 1 bit laggy it messes up and pulls u back down sorta
