I have been trying this strategy for 3 years and maybe made about 2000 attempts and have NEVER had this work. Im convinced this is a myth and the video is fake.
Respond to this video... On solo do this 1. Get 6 bows and shotty,4 grenades 2. At Start run to the last little cube on the right 3.Just aim at the right while croutched ( Don't shoot) 4.keep doing that until RAAM gets close and stuck 5.blindfire 1 arrow at him to get rid of kryll 6.quickly switch to shotty,blindfire at him 7.repeat until all arrows are gone. 8.throw 1 grenade 9.use shotty (rinse and repeat) Dont use all arrows or grenades right away do it like i said, works alot better.
The only reason I am trying to beat this on insane is because i think in Gears 3 if you beat gears 1 on insane you get a gold skin for a gun. I beat Skorge solo in the 2nd one on insane no problem, but with RAAM you need to have a little luck on your side. For the people that do not know about extra ammo, there are extra ammo at the other end of the train, near the light mass bomb.. But good luck getting there.lol.

I actually got RAAM to glitch when dom was knocked down...but having to blindfire your weapon isn't always a good thing, especially when taking on RAAM in Insane mode.
It took me a few tries to get it right, but I somehow managed. He kept going around me though, not in the final try though. I killed him with my third frag.
yeah your game glitched, he does not stand still wherever you are, the kryll still attack you when you're behind cover and he takes WAAAAAAAAY more damage than that to kill him.
I've tried this many times and on all of my runs I've yet to even get him to get stuck in anything! The probability of getting him stuck is so slim it's not even funny.

@Darkbatman3000 I dislike rap only a little less then this. I dont find men shouting really loud good to listen to personally. Sound effects and music are good cues to do stuff in games too as well as make it gripping to watch, so playing some random music on top doesn't help either.

@TjMAxSTUDIOS it does stand in the glitch...but you have to be sure you lure him the correct way and raam to stuck in the block....if it dosent happens ... run around that block...he will get stucked there....im always getting killed by those fucking reavers...and cant win it :(

once you get behind that 2nd box, make dom cease fire. after i did that, raam quit going past the barrier and from there you can just shoot him with torque and lancer. I just beat raam after watching this vid. thnx tainted shadow. this helped out alot. and awesome music btw 5/5

Raam is pretty easy on insane did it on my 4th try just stayed behind the box, then make raam stay there then use grenades, torgue bow and shotgun is all i used and got him down pretty quick
the way i beat him i killed him in insane when he downed dom Dom blocket his way to me and then when he try do come for me he had to walkover dom he tryd to walk over him insted he got stuck on top of him And he could int move XD And all I had To Do Was just keep shooting him

one of the best ways of beating raam is to save your gernades until you get to him and them grab all that ammo in that little room and once you are ready you can kill him with your nades and alittle sniping
just throw a nade everytime the kryll stop protecting him and his health should go low
the ez way is having 2 guys play online co op and have one use the bow and one snipe it takes a min and when the bats are away from raam active your sniper and shoot his head then repeat with the bow and snipe his head itonly take like 5 trys and u kill him.
no u cant u have to go back into the level where you kill the reavers with the troika gun but u dont have to kill the reavers with the troika just keep sniping i did it and it took me about 2 half minutes and the torque is by the ladder where u climb the ladder on the train
i played insane till i reached raam then tried to kill him billion of times and i failed... i'm not that good in gaming, when i got tired got beating, i switched to hardcore and i beat raam the first time i faced him
when i beat it on insane i used the torque bow and sniper

the way i beat him i killed him in insane when he downed dom Dom blocket his way to me and then when he try do come for me he had to walkover dom he tryd to walk over him insted he got stuck on top of him And he could int move XD And all I had To Do Was just keep shooting him

i finnaly got frustrated and said fuck it... i stayed in the back where you enter and i dont have a problem until he walks up to the cover im behind and all he does is walk around and pick me off every time that i jump the wall and go around... its ridiculous... and i counted 7 sniper head shots and 3 fuckin torque bow shots while the krill were off him... pissed me off extremely...

when me and my dad were playing co-op campain and trying to defete RAAM my dad used a shotgun and gave him a few shots with it and RAAM was a gonner but you were doing it on insane and we wee doing it on normal but anyway you killed him and you did a good job of it........IN NUMBER TWO TRY AND DEFEAT SKORGE ON INSANE IT WILL BE MADNESS WHEN YOU RIDE THE REEVERS AND THE STELEGMITES FALLING FROM THE ROOF!!!!

thats such bullshit. the turret is in the dark and the kryll just come and kill you if u use the turret. unless you were glitching cuz the strategy guide even says that they come and kill you

dude i didnt glith anything i just get in the turret and start shooting at him and he didint move the kril went aruond and didnt kill me i stay there shooting at him and he die i dont know how i did it but i did it lol sry for the damn english of america :)

one of the best ways of beating raam is to save your gernades until you get to him and them grab all that ammo in that little room and once you are ready you can kill him with your nades and alittle sniping
just throw a nade everytime the kryll stop protecting him and his health should go low

the ez way is having 2 guys play online co op and have one use the bow and one snipe it takes a min and when the bats are away from raam active your sniper and shoot his head then repeat with the bow and snipe his head itonly take like 5 trys and u kill him.

no u cant u have to go back into the level where you kill the reavers with the troika gun but u dont have to kill the reavers with the troika just keep sniping i did it and it took me about 2 half minutes and the torque is by the ladder where u climb the ladder on the train

i played insane till i reached raam then tried to kill him billion of times and i failed... i'm not that good in gaming, when i got tired got beating, i switched to hardcore and i beat raam the first time i faced him
