As retarded as this argument is, the original first version of Voltron came out in 1981 in Japan. The first Japanese Power Rangers came out in 1975. There isn't going to be a Voltron movie because it was slaughtered in the states 20 years ago. Power Rangers has been on for the past 35 years. Voltron has been a little spotty. Both shows are awesome in their own right, and besides... They're doing a new Voltron for 2010 anyway. It took less than 5 minutes to get this intel. Stop bitching. Please.

The carrier ship, Explorer I believe was the coolest part of the show to me.  I loved that ship and always wished that it was more of a battle ship instead of the Voltron Force. As far as the toys, the spaceship Voltron had 15 toys! As a child that was way better than the lions so I favored the ships. Especially the read chest vehicle, and the head. My favorite team was the land team, although I thought it was strange that each team was capable f flying so well!

Oh yeah, both versions of Voltron are actually 2 different anime cartoons. From what I heard the company changed the title's, and the names of the robots, and re-recorded the vocals to make both shows fit.
