  • You sound like arnold schwarzenegger...

  • @Myevilstyle Maybe this is the reason why I have launched the RoboSpatium, which is my Robot Space ( RoboSpatium.de ). I hope that the robot you can operate by Internet at these pages is not the great-great-...-grandfather of the Terminator series, but rather those of R2D2...

  • I have an exam about solar cells next week. This video helped a lot.

  • Your lectures are really clear and good. They helped me to understand the principles of semiconductors and p-n junctions. Hope you keep teaching us with new lectures.

    Thank you very much.

  • Hey i have a doubt.IN n-type semiconductor can the 5th valence electron take the place of a hole that is created in n-type due to thermal agitation and vice-versa for p-type semiconductor?

  • @vidyalankar100 Yes of course that can happen. But during this process, the supernumerous electron of the thermal electron-hole-creation remains at the n-type region. Vice versa, if an electron-hole-pair is created inside of the p-type region, and the electron of this process recombines with another hole, there is still one hole inside of the p-type region. I will upload another video discussing the creation and recombination of holes and electrons more detailed, soon. Be patient.

  • nice video

  • great description, very understandable

  • very good lecture
