The Atari Jacket is featured in one of the 2008 videos, I scouted left, right and center of the volume 2 DVD set and couldn't find it anywhere, and I don't recall the jacket in any of the first volume... I think that AVGN should have kept all the 2008 scenes and additional footage until the 2008 series came out, but still an amazing set! :D
