@ekostyle13 oh You must have the OLD Block Model's the 512x512 are the New Models there the same but better texture. the 64x64 picture looks all pixalated.

@nalsuR1997 Sure its no big deal all you have to do is Open the Block Model in Jeds Half life model Viewer then look at the size of the texture for either big or small next to what i did and re-size it

:D Cool but yea ALOT of people know me :D Ok Well what i did was Re-edit the Blockmaker Plugin ".sma" i re-edit that into re-directing the new block models to the directory i want so yea that a whole another story i Only Help here on Editing the a new texture layout on the Block Model. :( sorry But do your best there in -re-edtting the .sma

All works great intill the last part, when i have saved the picture(s) as .bmp i can't open it with Jed's Half-Life Model Viewer. It says: Error loading .BMP Texture.

Well of course you cant its a .bmp File not a .mdl file so it wont work with that You can only open it with picture viewing program and to open it in the Jed's Half Life Model Viewer you need to Upload the Texture to the model i show you in this video how to upload it Look at it :D

You can't you have to find a model of a black and when you find it open it with model viewer and Upload the Texture/picture.bmp

It shouldn't be a .jpeg or anything else the picture it should always be a .bmp or the model viewer wont accept it.

Probably because it wasn't Converted if it was the right size it wouldn't be a problem.

oh well you need a picture Manipulation Program like photoshop gimp or others those are the most common ones used.
