i got this phone with 3 on contract im march and the touch screen as broken when i click on one thing it clicks on something totally different. trried callibrating it and it has made no difference worst phone iv ever had

I have had this phone for 5 months. It was great and I was very pleased. Unfortunately, like many others (try googling x3-02 touchscreen problem), the touchscreen has died making the phone 90% useless. AVOID THIS PHONE.

@mphendryuk I have this phone for about 3 month, it is really amazing and easy device to use and I am very pleased of it but had problem with touchscreen too, my girlfriend accidentally well let's say... Pressed too hard on the touch screen and it became unresponsive ( she didn't just press but i don't want to tell what she really did :D so don't be afraid that if u press too hard then phone will break ) and phone became unusable as u said but actually i spent only 25 pounds for repairs

how do you rearrange the menu icons? there is no options to organise them to your own liking, and noticed that, your message icon is in the middle, whilst mines on the middle left, how i rearrange the icons to my liking?

Excellent phone. Had mine for 4 months or thereabouts and for the price its great. Battery life is awesome, loads of features found on more expensive handsets. Looks nice and very well made. Interesting use of touch screen technology combined with the keypad. I also think the web browser is fine for occasional usage.

The battery life on this (I bought it a fortnight ago) is APPALLING.

I had previously thought my Pixon 12 had a pretty bad battery life of a charge needed every 2-3 days This needs to be charged daily, for God's sake !!!!!!

Decent phone, but such a weak battery is utter stupidity by Nokia.

this phone looks great and is really thin, but guys, dont get it. I have one, bought it like 3 weeks ago, and after about 4 days the touch screen started playing up. if i press somewhere near the top of the screen, it will touch something near the bottom. basically makes this phone un-usable :/

Nice review as usual Dave. I'm quite delighted to see how this feature phone performs with its touch interface being relatively smooth and responsive.

Regarding your Kodak Playtouch, the quality is really good. I would consider it for that pricepoint.

Isn't it a bad design feature to have the microphone next to the loudspeaker because if you have the loudspeaker on in a call, won't the microphone pick up noise from the speaker?

i have this phone, i like it verry much and it's much better than i expected, but the first month it got some problems but they dissapeared and now he works great, only, the camera quality is not good, video much better

What´s the difference between "capacitive" and "resistive" touchscreens?

@rodryi2808 one tracks your finger on the screen and the other has 2 layers and reads where the top one touchs the bottom one and is less sensitive and accurate :)

I came very getting close to getting this phone. After having been with nokia for a long time I just don't trust their products anymore. If you google forums on this phone you'll get tons of results with people listing similar problems that I had with my e71. Ill admit this phone is priced well and is attractive but there was no way Id sign up for a 2 year contract with nokia ever again.
