@oMuStIiA Tohru chose to join the Dark Hand. He wasn't a slave or anything. I totally agree that there is a difference, I just don't think that it's all Valmont's fault since Tohru was an adult who chose to join a crime syndicate and later chose to do the right thing and work with Jackie Chan on the side of good.

@Horticultural1 What I meant was that the reason Tohru was willing to betray Valmont and not Jackie, is because Jackie is nice to Tohru, and Tohru wants to help Jackie so he has no reason to turncoat. He chose to help Valmont, but he didn't have any motivation to stay with Valmont.

@oMuStIiA Oh, okay, thanks. I think I get what you're saying now, and I completely agree. Valmont doesn't really understand friendship and companionship; all he's ever had were employees. There was even an episode where Jade went back in time, and he didn't have any real friends then either -- just lackeys. That's probably why he doesn't understand why Tohru wouldn't want to fight ONE demon for him but would happily fight SEVEN of them for Jackie.

dont get valmont comment at 6:04. I mean all the time tohru was working for valmont he was either losing the battle, getting yelled at and I mean what were the chances he was going to beat a demon. With Chan sure he get yell at by uncle sometime (i think he got yelled at by valmont more) but at least he wasnt being force by anyone to risk his life. All the times he risk his life for jade,uncle,jackie; he chose to risk.He wasnt force to.
