This was the most emotional anime ever. It made me happy, angry, and sad to the point when i had no tears left. Clannad was definitely one of the most beautiful, touching animes out there, and now I feel like crying when I even hear this song. </3

I've just began watching the anime. I must say that I'm one hard to cry in the sense this anime does, but it's touching me deep in my heart, this anime is just too great, they managed to perfectly mix characters stories, music, and the events of the anime, appealing quite a lot to your inner most feelings, I recommend it to all you. at first I thought this song was just a kid's nursery song. but then after watching After Story, it all make sense and I come to love this song...it's not just a cute song, but it also has a very deep meaning.
CLANNAD and After Story are the only anime to ever make me cry. Even when I watch them for the second or third time, I still tear up. This is so soothing... and yet this music at the same time makes me wanna cry again. CLANNAD has made me determined to work hard to live a happy life!
@bountyhunter628 You may like Angel Beats, it was another anime i cried to. That's if you can follow with the story. It's slightly multi-genre but in the end it's a sad one that made me cry also has some good songs. Check it out.

i never heard of Clannad until i seem it on my demand i watched it in fall in love with the show n this song makes me cry when i hear it just like this but what is a dango?

at first I thought this song was just a kid's nursery song. but then after watching After Story, it all make sense and I come to love this song...it's not just a cute song, but it also has a very deep meaning.

CLANNAD and After Story are the only anime to ever make me cry. Even when I watch them for the second or third time, I still tear up. This is so soothing... and yet this music at the same time makes me wanna cry again. CLANNAD has made me determined to work hard to live a happy life!

@bountyhunter628 You may like Angel Beats, it was another anime i cried to. That's if you can follow with the story. It's slightly multi-genre but in the end it's a sad one that made me cry also has some good songs. Check it out.

This melody is used in so many songs in Clannad's OST set (Farewell at the Foot of a Hill, Chiisana Te No Hira, etc...). This melody is absolutely beautiful.
