  • They do not enforce these policies when the concerts cater to the orchestra or jazz crowds just like they don't charge those concertgoers to park by the Hall of Springs but they do at other events. After emailing SPAC's PR contact, she assured me that it is Live Nation that dictates the alcohol policies in the park not the police. So was she telling the truth or are they profiling certain crowds? Your telling me that a DWI checkpoint outside the track wouldn't nab just as many drunk drivers?

  • Q: how many people does it take to screw up the experience of a SPAC DMB show?

A: about 10,000 idiots who know "Crash Into Me" and "Everyday" and go to get blackout drunk by 6 o'clock so they can't even hear the music

  • hahahhaahhaa ohhhhh nooooooo nice job popo

  • How ridiculous!!! What about for the people who are of age??? What is the harm of having a little bit of fun? I have been to about 30 DMB shows at SPAC, and Yes, there was drinking, and YES, there was underage drinking, but the large majority of folks there are not causing problems......they are just chilling and having a damn good time!!!!

  • great job i got hammered this weekend.....

  • lame as hell.

  • ridiculous......

i guess no one is allowed to have fun anymore
