how much is a baby male I really want one!? & I cant find any blues on kingsnake is there any other websites were I can purchase babies for the right price?
@CBU2221990 He was $300. We bought him directly from a breeder that we know from the TeguTalk forum. They require a substantial amount of space so I recommend ensuring that you can provide for them in the future and always if you do decide to get one.
@chueychuey 300 i thought they were more, thats not to bad. and there usually smaller then the rest but this ones huge. im also on tegu talk and my red tegu wants a friend lol very nice looking tegu by the way check out my bright red argentine tegu =)
@09croc This one is a Blue Argentinian not a regular black and white. The blues are supposed to be only 7-10 lbs max usually. Right now our blue tegu is almost 15 pounds. I have yet to see a blue on your tube or anywhere else bigger than ours. *our blue has had another 8 months of growing since this was filmed.
i wanted an argentine tegu for so long and wen i went to a reptile expo hours away,all they had was a juvenile colombian tegu..it turned out to be super agressive and wen i gave it back,i would see baby tegus everywhere in my city and at a very low price..but i couldnt get one cuz after that my dad refuses to let me have a tegu..now i have to wait years to get one:((
Thanks! Both of his parents are Blues as we saw them when we picked up Lucky. The thing is somewhere down the line he has to be just regular old Black and White as he's f feet and 12 pounds and change right now which is really big for a blue. I think he's fat but our exotic vet says he's very healthy. He doesn't brumate in the winter but the vet said that he could live off of his fat pads for several months if he had to.
