Hello, very informative. I wonder if you can tell me what to do, as the two housing bolts have been loosened , those which hold the housing in place. Now i cannot seem to time the motor. any help would be appreciated thanks, Russ
hi the videos are great! I am having trouble as the aluminum housing has been disturbed and now i cannot set timing at all.how do i set timing if those two screws have been disturbed? I would appreciate your help Thanks, Russ
experince shows in ur videos,im a auto repair mechanic,,since 1979,31 years, you always learn something new ,but never worked on small engines, find ur videos very good, keep up the good work, liam
Didn't mean to waste your time but if I had actually tried to remove it first I would have figured it out. I just loosely put the plate in a vice and pressed it right out. Couldn't have been easier. Love the videos!
Great Video. I have a very similar Tecumseh, 7 hp, hh70 motor. I have no spark but have good points, condenser, and plug. I guess coil is next. I have found the part online but am not sure how to remove it from the plate. Any experience on this? Thanks very much for your time!
What can I say Don. Your videos are second to none. Excellent technical background, simple straight forward instructions for the average Joe, and the best camera work on youtube or any instructional videos I've ever seen.
I could use a hand with gapping the flywheel/ coil myself.
