  • How about a 41 inch box jump for 4 reps at 55 years old? Google 41 inch box jump workout.

  • Beast! i have to admit, I would never expect him to be able to do this. Awesome!

  • Ha ha ha. I can see your effort there. Good job.

  • lol how you dunk lol? im 5'9 and i can do 45 inches box jump and i can only touch the rim lol

  • PLUS! Thats not how to a box jump, he even steps back so that he can gain momentum. VERY BAAAAAD!

  • Never jump off of a box, dont land so hard. 40 inches BOX jump. Very poor.

  • step on it a little softer next time....Other than that, good job!

  • 40 inch is not hard for me, because I'm pretty athletic (I can jump as high as my heart on a good day)... but for a guy his size to jump and land on a height his own hips is pretty amazing...

  • explosive and good verticle for a big boy

  • He has no balance when he lands :P

  • this man is a beast!! O.o (in positive sense)

    you have poewrfull legs =)

  • he can dunk?

  • @jezzyrulz dont think he can lol i can do 45 inches and i can only barely touch the rim

  • On a good day, yes!

  • can you dunk...yes or no?

  • that is cool^^ 5*

  • these are just a different way to specifically target a type of jump. I've done a 46" box jump without a drop step.

  • do it without the drop step...come on
