i dont know if you can answer this..like if you know the answer or not but i am a softball pitcher and like i was wondering can you like be walking to the rubber to get power and keep walking and when you hit the rubber start your wind up... you may not get what im saying but if you do please write backk
you have to pause for one second before you pitch. i think i get what you are meaning. and unfortunatly no

@juicycouturefreakkks nope you unfortunately cant. you have to be touching the mound until your release and follow through
