Camera Rear LCD Cleaning Tutorial

Hi! i have a nikon d3100, does this process apply to my camera or i can just use some alcohol and a regular microfiber cloth (3m)?

You would probably kill me if you saw me clean the LCD. First breath on it and then use the t-shirt to get away the fingerprints etc.

My screen is always getting dirty because my nose is on it all the time :P
