@Rey619Spear There can be slow down when comparing PAL to NTSC, however in this case it is more to do with the hardware.

@glidem Sounds like they took the NTSC version, and just reduced the speed from 60hz to 50hz, instead of doing it properly by setting the region code to EUR in whatever emulator they are using and using PAL versions of the roms.

Got the Sonic edition for Christmas. With the exception of the Music playing at the wrong speed/pitch this is pretty decent. Did anyone else find it interesting that it included "Sonic 3D Blast" and not "Sonic 3D Flickies Island"?? Just that "3D Blast" is the American version of the game - just found it a bit random that they would use that instead of the UK game. Any ideas why? I am not complaining by the way, just a curious Sonic Nerd!

HDTV although would work on any television with a yellow composite connection input with two audio inputs red and white.

As long as it has the connections just mentioned you will be fine and most do even very old ones.

I don't think I would be too bothered by the sound. I usually mute the TV and have my Iphonespeaker on instead

it would appear that the system isn't fast enough to run the megadrive games-- the game is running at a slower speed than an actual megadrive, so the sound is also slower, which makes it lower in pitch than it should be.

Why make a mega drive keychain if you cant emulate the music perfectly. So easy and cheap to do. Just plain lazy!

Although the review was good, I think it was a little half ass. I wanted to know more about the controls, how the joystick felt, how heavy it was (this should be something to know if its going to be a key chain) and how long the battery last.
