@FromUSAwithLove I agree TOTALLY with all of you. Lacrimosa IS NOT EMO and I HATE it when people make bands into things they aren't. This happens ALL the time and it makes me feel like people like the band for all the wrong reasons. Lacrimosa is an AMAZING Gothic Metal band and if you put pictures, with their songs, that don't fit it, you are sending the wrong message and worse yet, you may make the band feel like they don't have a true meaning behind their song.

I am a composer of similar music and I hate it when people tell me things like "stop being emo" or "that sounds emo" when its not. I take huge offense to it because I have serious meanings behind my songs. Just like Lacrimosa. They put serious meanings behind their songs and that is the prize behind the band. I just feel VERY strongly about the different types of rock/metal bands. If you think everything is emo, you need to read about all styles of rock because there's more than just one.

hello guys!sorry,but can anyone explain me what exactly do these (gothic)pics show or mean?are they about dead people whose spirits are not in peace for a reason or smth like that?and why we always see them in such strange places or why the couples look so dark and they are always in so mysterious places?
