@cavejourney even in the snow, you can do stretches, jog, yoga pauses, energy cycles, simply adapt it to the space you are in - I went jogging myself a few times and did the same type of routine in the snow this winter - If you prefer walking, you can use dynamic breathing techniques and same type of simple exercises - no need even to push yourself -
