@STLboy18 just stick with an r line manual transmission or a basic one with the manual transmission. that is the cc that lives up to the hype, it'll drive differently from your gli due to the longer wheelbase. the basic model is like 600 pounds lighter than the loaded vr6 4motion. 09's did not come with badges, anything later really needs a badge delete.

@STLboy18 throttle lag on the tiptronic 2.0T's is just awful. the '11's and up get the DSG. I'm going to recommend the basic CC and a manual transmission. The DSG is really hit or miss as far as reliability goes, shifts fast no doubt, but VW dumbed it down for the states and slowed down the shifts to make it more slushbox like, and I wouldn't take the risk of getting a bad one. Give it an APR tune and an upgraded clutch and you'll wonder why anyone buys anything else.

Volkswagen will never get to their goal of competing with Honda's sales numbers by trying to pull crap like charging 4 figures for bluetooth in an already overpriced car. On top of that, I agree about the engine, the V6 that I drove sounded and felt like a much cheaper car.

I don't like that guy, the engine isn't good enough? It'll probably last for 350,000 miles. He probably put 87 octane in it too..... I like cars that have so many features that you don't find most of them till months after you bought them, it's like receiving a present every time you find it. :0 lol My sis ter owns an 04 passat and it is an AWESOME car. Bought it for only 7800 too.

This guy has no clue what he's talking about in the motor department. That VR6 has a great growl, and the same Motor in a Touareg tows 7,700 lbs. It pulls strong to 100 MPH and beyond. I've driven a CC VR6 4Motion on a track, and that engine is amazing. Stick to reviewing Navi systems dick.

i like the front and the side, but i hate the back, it reminds me of a bee. My friend has this car, it was about 30K for him, it has smooth acceleration but i hate the 4 seats instead of 5, which means if theres a fifth person, you have to take a second car. For my freinds age, which is about 18 or 19, i dont think he should have gotten this car. Id get for the GLI or GTI instead, this car seems like a car for older people.

Anyway.....the base price of the 2.0t cc is only 27,000 and it jumps to 38,000 with the vr6 and all the sport features. So it really isn't close to a "Beamer" or "Benz"

I just bought this car and will post some videos later, i also went with VR6 since i wanted to have 4 wheel drive. In any respect this the best car i ever had. The boot is just a hitmans dream you could easily put like 3 bodys there! This car for people who like to get a taste of German luxury... my only concern is the reliability since i had many issues with my passat in past
