The "Rise Above Hate" Shirt / Camo Shorts isn't in the game because it would take up roster space due to it being a whole new model and it would take a lot of polygons. There would be a ton of sacrifices to be able to implement that. THQ makes these games prior 1 year till release. So everyone shut up about any negative comments you have about this game and John Cena. THQ has been making these Wrestling games for almost 15 Years, and they have worked really hard on all of them.. for us Fans.
