@pmvtl1 In my opinion, this actually gets pretty old. I hate the quality of the animation & video in these old episodes, because I know I can/could do everything much better now (Remake). But somehow these older versions entertain me (Classic jokes and faces, like my personal favourite moment of all time: 2:20) . :|

About the suitcaseless Gman model problem: I'm not a really experienced modeler nor am I a modeler at all for the gmod, but I have a good understanding of modeling. Couldn't the regular Gman model's suitcase just be editted out of the model? Then couldn't the portion of Gman's "skin" that is the suitcase be editted out of its file?

Well, there's one model which is like that, but the problem is that it's broken too, and didn't work well (The suitcase hand is stuck in the holding suitcase position). I'm not modeller, so I can't do anything. :)
