  • I see those trees lined up in a square that must be central park!!!!!!!!!!1

  • Was watching an FSX video and the guy commentaring said that there were no longer commercial flights allowed, flying over Manhattan. Clearly this flight flies over Manhattan. I think this guy is full of shit. I could be wrong... Hey say you New Yorkers, what's the rule now? Can commerical aircraft fly over Manhattan to land at JFK or LaGurardia?

  • Awesome! I saw Sunset Park, Green Wood Cemetery, Prospect Park, Red Hook, Williamsburg, Downtown Manhattan, Midtown Manhattan, Central Park, Astoria, Yankee Stadium, The Bronx Zoo, and Riverdale in less then 4 minutes. Too bad the Subway isn't that damn fast!

  • @jimamia77 wow u saw brooklyn my homeetoiwnr ight u saw what i saw so im not going crazy yeah ya

  • Check them fan blades for pits or wear.... Nice Video....

  • You were so lucky to be on the right side of the plane!

  • Awesome. There's another video like this, from the same flight path, just at night. The two go hand in hand :)

  • Interesting. I didnt know United had DC-9s

  • @lnn6785 this is American Airlines MD-80 LOL

  • Why didn't you film the landing?

  • nice shot. a little jumpy in the beginning. seems as if the camera girl was probably excited and not able to concentrate. nice video - but left me short with no landing vid. how come?

  • "i didnt know there was a lake" hahaha

  • ha- 2:32 - 2:40 → 'Old' Yankee Stadium... hey- why not film the landing ?

  • great view of the empire state building u should of zoomed in on it

  • yes...I was there actually in them in 2000. They may have been right under plane, but they would have been at the :50 second mark.

  • would he wtc be around at 0:50?

    where would they have been?

  • @hopo182 Yes, but he wasn't up close enough to the window and shooting directly down. The Trade Center was at about 0:50 seconds. Before that, you're looking at Brooklyn, then the Downtown skyscrapers. 3;18 is the Harlem River that separates Manhattan on the right, with the Borough of The Bronx as he turns east to eventually come South on into Runway 22. This is the most beautiful approach into La Guardia/NYC on a crystal clear day.

  • @OSTARAEB4 thanks for that info m8 :)
