it's not actually that accurate, the guitarist is playing both rhythm and lead guitar, I know you can't replicate a song perfectly on guitar hero but still you're pretty far from the actual thing, go to a website called songsterr and look for stairway to heaven there, it's not perfect but it's good enough

While I can't comment on the song on a guitar (I have never attempted it, nor looked at a tab), It is fairly easy on Guitar Hero. I would consider this to be among the easiest I have ever played on Guitar Hero. Actually, as a player of both GH and guitar, I would estimate that it would probably take the same amount of time for a beginner in both cases to learn this song on GH or guitar. In either case, its not really that difficult anyway.

I used to be a guitar hero player, but I just felt so against guitar hero and Rock Band lately. There still fun games but, It just sucks kids will pick this game up and then want to learn the real guitar, then realizing the guitar is harder than they anticipated and drop it RIGHT before they start getting good. Its a sad thing, that's why music today isn't very good.

I completely agree up until you say that Guitar Hero is why music isn't very good today. That doesn't make much sense, as "kids" who decide to play real instruments would hardly have enough time to become good, start a band, and get the rights to thier music in the span of four years (because Guitar Hero was released in 2005, and it never really became extremely popular until GH2). Other than that, yeah, young kids will probably have less willpower than us to learn an instrument.
