I love this guy and Tony Horton. With their videos I lost 45lbs in 3 months. Ridiculous results. I was on P90X and Insanity. It's hard work, but sooooo damn worth it.

A friend of mine says its on the fit kids club dvd. But Im not sure. I intend to purchase it for my little cousin in texas so once she opens it I will ask if its really on there. On the back cover it just says that Shaun T teaches kids "cool moves like the hustle" its worded very funny like his other DVD's I own, as far as the "take it to the dance floor" portion of the Disks

Is this hustle in the party series? i have his other dvd's and yes they work and like mbiling said it will shrink your stomach..i have new found curves! like Shaun says...Haaaaaaaaay!

These are really effective workouts make sure you got proper form though! First few days my lower back was a lil sore, but went away as I was doing this. I also recommend rest days in between, I alrernate with tae bo. But this workouts has made my stomach shrink! Make sure you have proper form though! Don't throw your back around too much, can risk injury otherwise. Goodluck ppl!

I bought HIP HOP Abs but it's not as intense as Tae BO unless u get the weight gloves. It is FuN though...however, it boasted to have the latest music from the clubs...and it turned out it was only about 3 song remixes in all workouts combine, one new song and 3 old school stuff. The rest of music was orignal background beats. kinda lame, so I put my own music as I do the videos
