I absolutely love this movie but it's the first time I realized they got married at the age of 16!! (in the beginning of the movie Cornelius's mother was annoyed that he wasn't there and his father asked her 'have you forgotten what it is to be 16?').

@nousernamewhatsoever besides in the time periods Thumblina, Cinderella, Snow-white and Sleeping beauty were writen it was still normal to get married at 16. (and yes I know you wrote this 3 years ago I just wanted to say my opinion.)
This version was one of the best this far! I really love their voices, and the language was beautiful too, even though I don't understand a word of it (thank you yadid888)! I like the swedish version much to (but I can't find it on youtube), but still this is the best one!
I always crack up when she says "Jacqimo, ze tipshi!..." (Translation- Jacqimo, it's silly!)...it sounds kinda like dipsh*t lol. I'm sorry that was random but its another reason why I love this song, besides Corneilius lol.
This version is son much better than the original. In English she says 'I will' in Hebrew 'Yes my beloved'

Totally cute the accent of Jacqimo !! I can everythings he says :D It's strnage but it's my fave song in the movie!
