Yeah once you have all yor skills to max 100 years worth of plex cooties of every item, piece of equipment and ship in the game and enough alts running on your own multibillion dollar super computer to lag out enough people for you to own all of null sec by yourself and have basically unlimited amounts of isk in your wallet with an advance piece of software to manage you pos's and fly your alts. That's endgame.
People need to HTFU, upgrade their computer to keep up with the game, or simply bear with CCP's efforts to repair one of the most expansive and impressive computer clusters in the WORLD so we can further enjoy the game that is EVE-O. They say it must be client side, because I'd say at least 75% of the time it IS client side, I've been in 200v200+ man fleets, I do not lag, but others do. I have a decent computer, they do not. Makes logical sense.
No-one is complaining about their computer not being able to keep up, they know that is their own responcibility/fault. What people are complaining about is computer keeping up fine with a high framerate even with 1000 people on grid and either not loading system (server side, worst form, jump on a gate, you load the system backround nothing on overview/right click and can get shot at by people who are loaded) and moduals not activating for 2-3 minutes after clicking (server side)

They changed their gear a lot, the game can now run very large battles, and if ye have one especially large let ccp kno and they up their nodes to handle the lode. if ye get lag now its because u have ur settings too high for ur pc

for those of you newer to the game, this is a very old song, CCP have since upgraded alot of stuff ( I dont know the details =D) but now you can find videos of cap fights with 100's of players on each sides without lag, and thats with most of the effects turned on. Im sure you could still find heavy lag if you pushed it far enough but its rare you'll ever get that many players fighting in the same system.
Is there a problem with node claim ? I understood that when you have a huge battle coming up you can tell CCP and they'll happily dedicate cycles for you.

To the whiners. Yes lag in 0.0 was a huge problem from Red Moon Rising to Empyrian Age. It didnt have much to do with the internet or the server. It had to do with the client not properly clearing old data from memory. Not even if you logged off. The only way to clear memory was ro restart PC. Now it's fixed though. I never have any lag problems, ever, and I'm on a medium power computer at best.

well, jita are always constantly crowded so they concentrate on that, but big fleet battles can happen anywhere, unless they have alot more powerful computers than they do now they can't up the processing power on all the systems that only have 1-2 players 99% of the time to handle 1000+ player all the time. you can warn them if there's going to be a big fleet at a particular system and they'll do something about it, but they can't do anything with only few mins warning.

Just wanted to keep you up to date, stacklessIQ has been inserted into the servers meaning that Jita is now lag free, and alliances can request a dedicated node which means that we can have fights with up to 600+ people without any noticeable lag. (2- sec module lag)
This is a huge feat in the eve universe and has resulted in a lot of comical Titan loses because poeple could actually react extremely fast.
you forget the request has to be placed 24 hours in advance or before dayly down time with the exact system the expected fleet engagement is going to take place. witch makes the feature kinda useless.

CCP is working on fixes; the song exaggerates a bit for humor. But last weekend nodes were crashing with 186 and 400 people in local, which is lame. We're paying for this...
pretty nice, i always love finding videos with fan made lyrics but i l;ike it even more when i find one about my favortie games, thats last node crash was a pain , i wasnt in the system where the main battle happend but i tried for ages to get into it and i was in the jump sequences when it went down, i was worried my characters infor had been currupted or something

Try doing it spontaneously without notifying CCP in advance that there is going to be a huge battle at the system X at Y time.
The node will go down in flames without being reinforced in advance.

he wanted to buy a blueprint and one was up in jita for 3.1 mill and he opened a buy for it and he brought the 3.1bill and he told ccp and they didnt do SHIT all they said was yes there is an issue but were not refunding your isk its THEIR! fault they made this mess THEY FIX IT

In 0.0 I hardly ever lag, I always lag when a carrier or dread gets hot dropped on our fleet because a few of us in battleships kill the other guys, phail.

Not meant as a slight to you, but that's small fry stuff. Multiply the lag you get from 1 cap getting hot dropped by about 100.

It doesn't matter. It's a parody of Eve/CCP. Critical free speech is especially protected under fair use, amongst other determining factors. Look up "fair use" and check it out.

Um this is BS had major cap fights with fleet support over last 4 weeks and no lag issues. Maybe you should spend a few dollars and pay for somethjing over dialup because that is the only time I EVER experienced lag like you are FAKING is before I had DSL, wanna be cheap you deserve what you get.

Just wanted to keep you up to date, stacklessIQ has been inserted into the servers meaning that Jita is now lag free, and alliances can request a dedicated node which means that we can have fights with up to 600+ people without any noticeable lag. (2- sec module lag)
This is a huge feat in the eve universe and has resulted in a lot of comical Titan loses because poeple could actually react extremely fast.

you forget the request has to be placed 24 hours in advance or before dayly down time with the exact system the expected fleet engagement is going to take place. witch makes the feature kinda useless.

well why dont you get a 3000 man fleet have them all jump into shuttles and then in there pobs and make them go to jita...then have them crash jita..so then all the carebares will petition it haha so they'll have like 300 petitions. and just keep doing it. i say 3000 becasue jita can handle i think like 1800 at maxish so 3000 sould also crash surrounding systems as well..MUHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!! ok my rant is down..but awsome video. you must of been bored.

J3AD: Try 00 fleet battles for example the m-o Node crashed and CCP reimbursed nothing :( Also try leaving high sec since it doesn't lag there ^^ Nice video though very funny :)

CCP is working on fixes; the song exaggerates a bit for humor. But last weekend nodes were crashing with 186 and 400 people in local, which is lame. We're paying for this...

pretty nice, i always love finding videos with fan made lyrics but i l;ike it even more when i find one about my favortie games, thats last node crash was a pain , i wasnt in the system where the main battle happend but i tried for ages to get into it and i was in the jump sequences when it went down, i was worried my characters infor had been currupted or something
