I was stunned to see him drop so far in the draft. As a diehard iowa hawekeye fan, I watched this guy play every saturday and he was great. He finished games and was very very clutch. His stats were not the best because we had shonn greene who at the time was getting the ball on 3rd and 8. Great and he will eventually be starting in the NFL
the thing that has me really interested in him is his similarity to tom brady, goes to the same throwing coach that brady does, has great work ethic, played extremely well in college, i've seen him in clutch situations that he performs in, i'd like to see him get the start this week over palko, crennel said he's not ruling it out

Im baffled by the Chiefs handling of Stanzi. At this point, (win today or not) this has gotten to be frustratingly difficult to understand. Stanzi can throw the deep ball, can stand in the pocket under pressure and/or is mobile enough to "create" time. What is he doing in practice that relegates him to 3rd string? Can he look that bad? I mean Palko? This season has turned into a joke and Im a lifetime Chiefs fan!

I fucking love the way this guy plays, hes super confident in the pocket and he has the best touch passes i've ever seen! the chiefs need to start him by next season, cassel is overrated and sucks ass!
I wouldn't say he should be a starter quite yet, but I hope we keep him. He has great potential, and I'd love to have him be a starter for the Chiefs down the road.
