A way to solo it is being a unholy dk path of frost and be speced into on a pale horse yeh yeh its 10% less but u will still make it but u will have o take some dmg not deadly tho
hate to say that is not GM island lol. this is or was part or was going to be part of a quest line, however i have a 80 DK with unholy on hopeing to reach the islands in the very middle of the map where i belive the islands are feel free to search srsapsalot i put my posts there just look for something like in search of GM island or something.
Dude, they say it is the "Old GM island". It used to be it, until they moved it too off of the coast of Darnassus. And dont be a douche, this is just a video to show how to get to this island, its not GM Island, and it is not getting to the middle islands.

i did this solo with my lv80 paladin... very easy to do and not much to do on the island except kill some low level mobs

Went there yesterday with my 40 shammy by my self. Just run accross the water on ur mount with water walking
